For a one-to-one private session, we will spend time discussing your intention for the session and address any areas of specific concern and your overall well-being. This conversation helps tailor the session to your specific needs. We will begin the session with a short guided meditation to get you centered and settled into the space. This will help to prepare you for the meditative sound journey.
